Player Characters

Each participant in the game will create a player to control who will work together with the others in their group to accomplish things and interact with the world and its many twists and turns. Each player brings their character to life through role-playing - they play the role of their character avatar. Each player will be engaging with the setting and the scenarios that arise. They make decisions that can help or harm the group and the group's goals. Everything has rewards or consequences.

The character's skills, traits, abilities, etc. are governed by a character sheet filled with stats that are used during the game to determine outcomes in various situations. Players work through their characters and collaborate with the Gamemaster to further develop the rich setting and story line that suits the group's favored style of play. Some outcomes will be determined by a roll of the dice, others may be improvised by the Gamemaster. The players are all participants in a grand story, and their actions and decisions help write the story as you go.
